Cancellation Policy
• All Services Needed must be scheduled at time of booking such as Russian manicures clean ups or soak offs. If you fail to book a soak off you may be turned away and asked to rebook, which in time will require a new deposit.
• We are a Kid Free zone and NO extra guests unless being serviced no exceptions. You will be turned away and you will forfeit your deposit.
• We have a 15 min late grace period. However if you arrive late we may have to modify the service to fit your remaining time booked. Anything after Appointment will be canceled. You will not receive your deposit back. Another deposit must be placed to reschedule.
• A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT TIME OF CHECKOUT- Once a payment is made towards the service I am unable to provide any sort of refund. If you decide to cancel an appointment you may use your deposit as a credit for futureappointments.Cancellations / Reschedules must be done within 24 hrs of your appointment or you will lose your deposit, will need to place a new one to reschedule the service.
•Same Day cancellations and No Call No Shows: will be charged 100% of the service minimum or price displayed in booking box.No shows will be blocked from booking.
• If you are turned away day of an appointment deposit will be nonrefundable. Please read our captions to our service prior booking
• All sales are final . No Refunds. I remain in my right to refuse service to anyone
